While the idea by itself was good, the instructor needs some more experience. Most learners on Alippo are experienced cooks/bakers/home-makers etc. They don't need to be explained what 'cling wrap' Or 'foil wrap' is etc. Refering to learners as 'guys', 'guys' may be trendy but doesn't so sound good
